Phil and Fran are a dynamic duo dedicated to serving and uplifting the youth at VIVA Church. Phil’s journey of faith began after a radical encounter with Jesus in 2002, which saved him from the crushing weight of depression and suicidal thoughts. His personal experience fuels his passion for helping young people overcome similar struggles, exposing the lies of the enemy, and sharing the message that life is worth living, they have purpose, and they are loved by Jesus with an everlasting love. Phil has been faithfully serving at VIVA Church since 2008, both as the Student Ministry Pastor and the Academics Director for VIVA College.

Fran, Phil’s wife, is equally passionate about helping others achieve their full potential. As the Founder of High Performance Women Mastermind, she has spent over 11 years as a therapist and coach, aiding more than 1,000 people. Her mission is to empower successful female entrepreneurs to achieve long-lasting happiness and well-being.

Together, Phil and Frances bring a wealth of experience, compassion, and dedication to their roles at VIVA Church. Residing in Courtice, Ontario, with their three children, Claire, Henri, and Elise, they are committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of young people and their community.
