Chris was born and raised in South Carolina. She was radically saved in her final year of university and went on to be a missionary in Brazil where she met Frank, and they were married in 1994. Frank had recently planted VIVA Church in Oshawa, and together they have laboured to build a thriving local church with a heart to touch the nations. Frank and Chris have served more than 30 years at VIVA Church, witnessing the salvation and growth of many! Chris & Frank were blessed with two beautiful daughters, Leticia and Gabriella, and a loved son-in-law, Matheus.
